Type Approval
Marasoft’s fleet management system Marad is type approved by DNV (Det Norske Veritas), an international accredited registrar and classification society. Using a type-approved fleet management system benefits your organization in the following ways:
- Auditors appreciate class-compliant software!
- You will not need class attendance during normal maintenance or an overhaul
- No class due date of machinery items is required other than the onboard software
- No 5-yearly opening up of machinery, only following the maker’s recommendations for maintenance and intervals
- Planning security with regards to scope and timing of maintenance work
ISO 27001
